kotegaeshi undo

Non stop rhythmic exercise –  count in Japanese.
Alternate left and right.  8 count twice each side.

1. Kohotento Kata – rock backwards – rock back and stand

2. Nikyo Kata – hands only – bend wrist up

3. Kotegaeshi Kata – hands only  – twist wrist

4. Sankyo  Kata – hands only – hands forward

5. Tekubimawashi Kata – hands only – rotate wrist

6. Tekubishindo Kata – shake wrist

7. Funakogi Kata – row boat

8. Ikkyo Kata – hands swing up shoulder height

9. Zengo Kata – ikkyo with pivot

10. Happo Kata – 8 directions

11. Tekubikosa Kata – hands swing out and in

12. Tekubikosa jyohou Kata – hands swing back and forward

13. Sayu Kata – side shift to side

14. Sayu Chidori Kata – side shift to side and step

15. Tenkan Kata – pivot and 2 hands out

16. Zenshin Koshin Kata – skip back and forwards

17. Udemawashi Kata –  rotate arms circular

18. Shomenuchi Iriminage Kata – jump in swing arms and drop

19. Ushirodori Kata – throw off back

20. Ushirotekubidori Zenshin Kata – forward side step bend over

21. Ushirotekubidori Koshin Kata – backward sidestep bend over
